How does X-Vir (Entecavir) work:
X-Vir (Entecavir) is an anti-viral drug used for treating chronic hepatitis B infection. X-Vir works by preventing the virus from infecting new cells by halting transcription and DNA replication in the multiplication process. X-Vir can also be used by those who have HIV or AIDS, though it is not officially recognized for this use.

Dosage & Administration:
Use X-Vir (Entecavir) as instructed by your doctor only. Do not self medicate or change your dosage. Never share with friends or family as this may result in serious side effects. To maximize the effects of this drug you should take your dose at around the same time each day with a glass of water.

Side Effects:

• mild headaches
• nausea
• diarrhea
• an upset stomach

You should consult your doctor if you are allergic to any substances. Tell your doctor if you are using any other medicine or taking any supplements or vitamins. Please note that , alcohol and grapefruit can all cause interactions or interference with X-Vir (Entecavir).
