Economical & effective rubber injection moulding machine

Our company is engaged in manufacture of U.S. designed Rubber Transfer-Injection Moulding machines in India for last 15 years. These machine offer a cost economical rubber injection moulding alternative to expensive screw type injection machines without compromising on improved quality features. The difference between the two machines is in the way rubber is injected into the closed mould. In case of our Transfer-Injection Moulding Machine it is the plunger(s) which inject or transfer the rubber whereas in case of screw injection it is the screw. Our Transfer/Injection Moulding machines are also termed as plunger based injection where rubber compound is fed into heated transfer pot(s) & plungers inject the rubber into the cavities of mould through sprues, gates & runner systems provided in the mould. Please note the injection assembly i.e. Plungers & Pots are part of the machine & not the mould. The Transfer/Injection moulding technology is also sometimes termed as forerunner to screw injection.

There are number of rubber & rubber to metal bonded products which are not economically viable to run on expensive screw machines. In such a scenario our Transfer Moulding Machines offer a good alternative. We now have more than 300 installations of these machines around the country used for moulding OEM & after market rubber products. We manufacture an entire range of Transfer Moulding Machines from 5 to 300 tonne. These machines are available with different transfer assembly configurations including option of multiple pot & plungers. The machines with multiple plungers servicing two or more pots have the advantage of filling more cavities without the waste and inefficiency of long, tortuous runner systems.
