Ingredients: Black Salt, White Salt, Coriander, Red Chilli, Dry Mango, Cashew Nut, Garlic, Kachari, Cumin, Fenugreek Seeds, Pomegranate Seeds, Kasoori Methi, Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Cassia, Ajwain, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom, Cloves (Not Curry Powder) Directions: Soak 3 part urad daal, 2 part chana daal, 1 part Rajma daal for 4 hours. Add water and little salt and boil again for 25 min. now in kadhai heat oil add onion garlic, ginger paste fry till light brown then add choped tomato and add double tanvi daal makhani masala fry for 2 min. Add daal, rajma and cream and stir on medium flame. serve daal makhani hot.
