Aztreonam for Injection USP 500 mg
Indications :
- Intra-abdominal infections
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Septicemia
- Lower Respiratory Tract Infections
- Skin & soft tissue infections
- Bone & Joint infections
Dosage :
- Adult : 500 mg to 2g every 8 or 12 hrs.
- Maximum Dose : 8g/day.
- Pediatric : 30â€"90 mg/kg every 6 â€" 8 hrs.
- Maximum Dose : 120 mg/ kg/day.
- Renally Impaired Patients : After an initial loading dose of 1 to 2 grams, the dose should be halved in patients with estimated creatinine clearance between 10 and 30 mL/min.
