Our firm is providing international arbitration services, legal arbitration services, domestic arbitration services. The Arbitration process in India is based on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. The Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is the governing arbitration statute in India. It is based on the Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration adopted by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in 1985.
India is a party to the following conventions:

• The Geneva Protocol on Arbitration Clauses of 1923
• The Geneva Convention on the Execution of Foreign Arbitral Awards, 1927; and
• The New York Convention of 1958 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. It became a party to the 1958 Convention on 10th June, 1958 and ratified it on 13th July, 1961.
