Coated side is to be printed and film side to be laminated with board. Coated side can be ascertained by rubbing on the ground or scratching with blade.

Colour: Normally it is silver color. Any color can be given as per customer requirement. For color minimum quantity 200 Kgs.

Size : We keep in stock 780 mm . We can cut it according to the requirement of the customer but customer should buy full width.

Application: for lamination with board.

Printing : The coating will enhance the bonding with ink.

The advantage of using coated polyester is to avoid oxidesation . As the metalized film contains aluminium and when it will come in contact with moistature it will become oxide.

The best printing method is UV. Small qty can be produced on Offset by using polybond ink and paying special attention on drying. Special care should be taken on stacking so that the ink is not transferred.

Besides general pattern Hologram can be made in customized pattern.

Hologram effect can be one D, Two D, Three D, Dot matrix, Digital and Kinetic or combination of these.

Making of Customised hologram film:

First we have to make the master. In case of 30" the Master cost is Rs. 100000.00 to Rs.200000.00 depending on the complexities of the design.

First the customer has to give art work based on that our artist will work out what is possible as hologram and this art work will be sent to customer for approval. This exercise takes app. One week.. Based on that Master will be made which takes app.3 to 4 weeks. Then shim is made and trial sample will be made which takes app. 2 weeks. Thus the total time in the beginning will be app.7 to 8 weeks. For regular job time required will be two to three weeks.

For the Master full advance is required along with art work.
