Consumer Behaviour Studies

We carry extensive research to study how consumer feel, think and why do they choose alternative products. The research is totally based on consumer behavior, how do a consumer decide which product is best for them and how they behave while shopping and making marketing decisions. We perform group interviews of the consumer for research which essentially portrays the current position of the product in the market. The data of the research are used for measuring customer satisfaction, scope for development of product and physiographic and demographic profile of the consumer segment.
